In case you didn't hear, an islamic Nigerian man tried to "blow up" a Detroit bound airliner on Christmas Day.  Fortunately, nobody but the terrorist was hurt and he is currently being held by American officials. In my opinion, this was just a test-run by a moron follower just to test the system.  Something big is coming without a doubt. Here are some interesting things about this story: Al-Qaeda leaders behind this plot were released from Gitmo Attempted bomber was...

Never forget the attack on the United States on September 11, 2001.  Thoughts go out to all who were lost that day, and to the men and women servicing in the armed forces who still continue to fight this war on islamic terrorists. What were you doing that day when you heard the news?

Tell me again why government would be more efficient? VANCOUVER — Vancouver patients needing neurosurgery, treatment for vascular diseases and other medically necessary procedures can expect to wait longer for care, NDP health critic Adrian Dix said Monday. Dix said a Vancouver Coastal Health Authority document shows it is considering chopping more than 6,000 surgeries in an effort to make up for a dramatic budgetary shortfall that could reach $200 million. Sounds gr...

On my way home this morning, I decided to stop and pickup some ammo to add to the stockpile.  I  quickly discovered that ammo is in very short supply.  After a few stores it seems 9mm ammo is completely sold out, and other calibers are on very short supply.  According to the stores, people are coming in and buying it in cases, and they can’t keep enough in stock. Of course at Wal-Mart, the clerk had to mention “I don’t know why people are panicking”.  I replied i...

BlockBuster and the USo have teamed up to sponsor a Game/DVD drive until July 14th.  The only "catch" is you have to purchase used or new DVD's or games at a BlockBuster store and drop them into collection boxes at the store.  Regardless, if you have a few extra dollars to pick up some used movies, it still goes to a great cause and will bring plenty of entertainment to our troops fighting for freedom overseas. "Blockbuster Inc. and the USO are teaming up to bring much deserved ...

The kooks who still believe Sept. 11 was an "inside job" are now sending letters to troops in Iraq with their moronic ideas. Mark Dice, founder of the international media watchdog group known as The Resistance, says, "We... want them to know the real reason they have put themselves in harm's way." Dice is urging his members to tell American troops that the attacks were aided by corrupt U.S. officials for political purposes. Dice has already handed out at college campuses more than 1,00...

I am just so outraged when I saw this, that I finally have to agree with the democrats that the time to impeach is now.  In a recent Fox News interview, Bush shared his affection for iPods, showed the music player and revealed a portion of his playlist. As itappears, Bush ripped Beatles music from CDs and copied it to the musicplayer. As we all should know, this is a big no-no, at least accordingto the RIAA. Is Bush breaking the law? We cannot have a President who takes ripping CD'...

If you ever need a reminder of how crazy and dangerous the so-called "radical" element of islam is, then take a look at what is on Hamas TV.  "Hamas children's TV dedicated a program to hatred of Denmark, the Westand Israel, climaxing with a statement about the West by the co-host, agiant rabbit character named Assud: "If they repeat it we will killthem ... I will bite them and eat them!" he program focuses on the demand to boycott Danish and Israeliproducts. Denmark and the West a...

I spent some time reading comments and postings on various sites that lean towards the left, regarding the visit of Irans leader Ahmadinejad.  I was simply amazed to find the amount of support for him among the left.  They were truely offended that the President of Columbia University tried to "insult" him, and many people offered sympathy for him. As I have said before, the left has some type of irrational facination with dictators that I really just don't understand.  I would...

We hear a lot from people who want us to believe illegal immigrants are just here to work and look for a better life.  Well that may be true for some, but it seems a large amount of crimes, many violent, are committed by illegal immigrants.  Something the pro-immigration crowd and the MSM don't bother to mention. Introduction: After conducting a 12 month in-depth study of illegalimmigrants who committed sex crimes and murders for the time period ofJanuary 1999 through April 2...

In another edition of the tolerant and "non-partisan" democrats in South Florida comes this ridiculous news of how Broward County officials were considering not renewing a deal between the county and a radio station which features Rush Limbaughs show.  The radio station has been the "official" emergency news stations for events like a Hurricane emergency. Communications administers wanted this station to keep the deal because they have the strongest signal, and the radio station guarant...

Friend of the left Hugo Chavez has silenced a TV station that was critical of him by not renewing their license, and quickly replaced it with a propaganda channel. Venezuelan citizens were out protesting when the National Guard violently tried to break up the demonstrations. As usual I haven't seen too much about this in the MSM today or a condemnation from Jimmy Carter.

It's been clear in past elections that the media will go to whatever lengths necessary to ensure a democratic victory.  Most recent we saw how the media waited and blown out of proportion the Foley story just in time to affect the elections.  Would a democrat have gotten the same treatment?  I doubt it. We see how the media treats people like Jefferson (a democrat), and Foley (a republican).  One gets 24 hour non-stop media coverage and the other gets minimal coverage.&nbs...
