BlockBuster and the USo have teamed up to sponsor a Game/DVD drive until July 14th.  The only "catch" is you have to purchase used or new DVD's or games at a BlockBuster store and drop them into collection boxes at the store.  Regardless, if you have a few extra dollars to pick up some used movies, it still goes to a great cause and will bring plenty of entertainment to our troops fighting for freedom overseas.

"Blockbuster Inc. and the USO are teaming up to bring much deserved entertainment to our service members and their families. Through July 14, the American public can show their support for the troops by donating DVDs and games at designated USO drop boxes in participating BLOCKBUSTER® stores. The entertainment retailer will match all donations with up to 20,000 DVDs.

To participate, customers can purchase new or previously viewed DVDs and games at participating BLOCKBUSTER stores, then drop them in convenient USO drop boxes on site. Donated DVDs and games will be enjoyed by troops at USO centers and Mobile USO units worldwide and also will be placed in USO 2 Go program boxes for delivery to troops in remote locations. To ensure product quality and content the USO can only accept DVDs and games originating from participating BLOCKBUSTER stores."

I hate Blockbuster

LOL

I don't hate it but they sure have gotten expensive. This, however, does make me wanna help out. Sucks though that Blockbuster gets all the revenue. Bastards.

That is cheap. Let people bring their own stuff and put it in. I'd rather just look up who to mail the stuff to. Or send stuff through a charity.

For once, I agree with Erathoniel. And also, I really, really, really hate Blockbuster.
