There are a great amount of Halloween skins in the various galleries, but I thought I would start off with cursor themes for today. The latest WinCustomize Master Skin comes from famed skinner MikeB314. I was very excited when I saw this skin for submission, and using it throughout the day was even a bigger pleasure.
