The special pre-order price is $29.95 which is $10 off regular price and this discount will only be available for a limited time.

If you have already purchased the pre-order for Rebellion your price has automatically been adjusted, and you can check your pre-order status on the account page.

You do not need to re-purchase.

Hi, I've already owned the original Sins and its expansion, and I've pre-ordered Rebellion and have activated the Beta key on Steam. Since the discounted price is still available to me, is it alright if I purchase the discounted Rebellion again for my little brother (who has a separate Steam account)?

I own Sins of a Solar empire only. I never purchased any of the expansions, but after playing, I have enjoyed the game very much.
