October is the month of ghouls and goblins, and aside from trick or treating or throwing a Halloween party, you can also “dress up” your desktop for a spooky Halloween look. Today, Stardock is screaming with joy as we present the MyColors Halloween them, which is free to WinCustomize Subscribers and Object Desktop subscribers.

This theme includes a creepy visual style to change the look of Windows with spectacular animations in the start menu and "please wait" dialog, along with a gruesome desktop gadget, and a freakishly designed icon pack with 64 unique icons, and wallpapers. This is just about everything you need to transform your desktop into its own haunted place.

Object Desktop subscribers: The MyColors theme will be added to your account automatically.
WinCustomize subscribers: You can find a .zip file containing all the components in the Subscriber Resources area.

I'm an object desktop subscriber, and I don't even know where the registration page is! I'm about ready to have a stroke over this (I know, it shouldn't be that important, but my OCD is really kicked in over this!). I can't find the package on MyColors or Impulse. I tried checking at the SDCentral webpage...nothing. The suite can't be found, can't be accessed...I'm just ignorant about how to obtain this awesome looking suite (from the preview above). SOMEBODY help me!

Around the upper right hand corner of impulse, you will see a little "key" icon. Click that and it will take you to your registrations page. Also remember that if you are an OD subscriber you can download the zip file from your subscriber resources page available at the link at the top of this thread or from WC's homepage

Wow! I don't usually comment on the MyColors themes, but this one is sick! I love the start menu animation and the icons are perfect. You guys have outdone yourselves this year! (But if we could see a coordinated Dream, that would be the icing on the cake!)

According to Impulse, I'm logged in, but I don't see this suite anywhere, and it's certainly not automatically downloading. Is this a issue with Object Desktop subscribes, and only WinCustomize subscribers can access the suite? Whom should I be addressing my inability to access this to?

Just received my email from Stardock, and it showed up through Impulse in My Desktop as a My Color theme that was available to download. Downloaded with no problems.

DOWNLOADED THEME....WORKS GREAT NO PROBLEMS...THANK YOU FOR SHARING IT WITH US SUBSCRIBERS... ADDED SOME GOODIES OF MY OWN...WOULD LOVE TO SHARE A SCREEN SHOT OF IT... DANG BUT I CANN'T GET ANY SCREEN SHOTS OF ANY OF MY THEMES...PRINT SCREEN DOESN'T DO IT..ONCE I GET IT FIGURED OT WILL SHARE. THANKS AGAIN..BOBHUL

I am one of those who doesn't have it in the My Colors section for my desktop, and it isn't in my registration either. I guess y'all are working on it, so I won't freak, just thought I would bring it up though.

I wouldn't be so impatient, except for the fact that I've been anxious to get this skin when Island Dog teased us with the mock-up at the beginning of the month. Teasers only make the frustration of "we're working on it" glitches that much more intense! Everybody who CAN get and has gotten it, posting all the wonderful comments doesn't make the wait any easier.

*Heavy sigh* I think it might be time for me to see what's left in the liquor cabinet. This has not been a good month for me, and cupboards have been going bare. This theme was going to pick me up out of my blues, but alas...the fates persist in oppressing me.
