All links being sent are still the same for the encrypted files.
Frogboy said tomorrow, im guessing that means in -5 GMT. Also they probably wont be .MyColors but actual ZIP formats (as he stated they'd be in a zip file). EDIT: Only 2 of mine are updated, the rest are still MyColors.

All links being sent are still the same for the encrypted files.

NEWS:

- Good news 1 and last: Link to get all Gloss Burgundy stuff as un-encrypted files (it's a .zip download) had been added to my Stardock account

- Bad news 1: the trouble with the Gloss Burgundy weather gadget not founding the stardockweather.ocx had not been fixed

- Bad news 2: all the others MyColors free or bought themes had not neen added (speaking of Quest, Diamond, ThinkGreen and for me only Pirate & Camouflage, because all the ones i bought before the new MyColors system - a lot - won't never be avaible) to subscribers accounts

- Bad news 3: about MyColors program itself: The wallpapers default folder seems to be X:\My Documents\My Images (though it's displaying everything's you may have in that folder including all the subfolders you may have created) without any possibility to set a specific path to be applied

- Bad news 4,5,6: still relative to MyColors features,
. i can't find where themes are stored. Well more exactly, as MyColors is installed for me in C:\Program Files\Stardock\MyColors i expected themes will be stored as subfolders of C:\Program Files\Stardock\MyColors\Themes and it's not, i just have a silly C:\Program Files\Stardock\MyColors\Themes\donotdelete.txt file  . It seems they are in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\ThemeManager (???) but everything's a weired melting spot with (i think) only the Winstyles.ini relative to the latest MyColors theme applyed (and though with wallpapers and preview for this suite for it)
. i can't find exactly where are localized gadgets but surely not in the default Stardock gadgets folder which is C:\Program Files\Stardock\DesktopGadgets.
. Same for the IconPackagers ...

Conclusion 1: It's confirming that MyColors is a very silly program, badly unfinished and un-efficient, melting things very confusingly with ThemeManager .suite, and as Impulse is doing, creating silly new folders all over the hard disk, and also creating troubles with the installed WB program itself (at least as soon as Impulse or Mycolors is launched, some default settings of WB are overwritten: example is the setting of displaying the WB icon in systray which is unchecked)
Perhaps it's a good and easy program to use for new users and newbees, but a dramatic think for past Stardock Central ones

Conclusion 2: We'll still have to wait to get links for all the MyColors themes as un-encrypted .zip versions

Conclusion 3: Stardock's responsibles of delivering Themes for ODNT or Wincustomize subscribers through the MyColors way, would have better broke their legs the day they choose to do this way

Weather gadget will not load..... unable to determine version of stardockweather.ocx.

Clock gadget second hand doesn't move unless you mouse-over, then it may jump ahead 2-5 sec ... mouse-off, stops again.

No problems with the OSU (yes, I'm a proud Buckeye fan) or the free theme gadgets that I have .... just Burgundy.

Is a fix in the works?

I'm runnung Vista 64

Love the outcome guys, congrats on the skin.

As to the topic at hand neophil78 -

Only the new subscriber skin is all that will be released at this time unencrypted. You should submit your email at the support link here WWW Link

Then look for an additional link for My Colors Gloss Burgundy. Which is a extra download for the zip file.

Anyone having problems... please submit your problems via the same link to create a support ticket. Most problems are system related and it is not the program at all. I have had My Colors now on my machines here and do not have any problems what so ever.

If you are concerned where themes are stored. Look in your shared folder at stardock/theme manager in xp ; vista is puiblic/public documents/stardock/theme manger. All your My Colors gadgets and everything should be in that folder.

Have a good weekend everyone!

As mentionned in #62, Bad news 4,5 (  ), they are not.
I get in that folder all old .suite files, all XXXXX.MyColors, all .ico's, some .bin relative to the bought MyColors themes i think, WinStyles.ini, preview, and wallpapers of the latest .suite or .MyColors theme applyed and nothing else ...

Great theme,I like it even though I'm no fan of red.I just want to know why the widgets/gadgets,whatever ,keep getting installed into my startup folder. They load up with everything unless I remove them.Isn't there someplace else they can be installed, like the Stardock folder in my docs,or a separate My Colors widgets folder.I don't mind applying them manually.Object dock and Impulse dock are the only things I have or want in that folder. TIA

I personally think MyColors is just great, i have never had a problem with it, running Vista Ultimate, and now i have this addiction to MyCOlors themes, at last count i have purchased 14 themes, i think what i like most about it is one click does everything, as opposed to me loading a WB, then customizing from there, COlors does it for me, this new burgundy theme is spectacular, the colors are great, now maybe i wont change my desktop so much

Is this the Apogee Icon Suite on the screenshot? With Vista live folders? Did I miss something? Was the Apogee suite updated?
