Me and a handful of my friends signed up on pc as soon as we heard about it yesterday. Hopefully someone gets in.

I saw the gameplay vids and i personally dont see anything special about the game. It just looks like the CoD on somewhat bigger maps (not BF kind of big though) with possibility to play inside a mech/titan, which seems to be sort of replacement for CoD killstreaks. 

Now dont get me wrong, i am not saying its going to be a bad game, nothing like that, i actually like and played Call of Duty a lot over past few years, recently bought and played Battlefield 3 a bit, but i have read things about TitanFall how its going to move the limits of the genre again and how novel its going to be compared to same old CoD - but frankly, i dont see anything novel on those vids.

After reading all positive flow of info about this game, I remember that I decided not to buy anything from EA on preorder (ahem, BF3/4, Simcityblock)...

I'm enjoying it so far I still haven't perordered yet.  None of my friends got in yet. Got to level 14, taxes done and my old health care is cancelled next month and the roommates got PIZZA!  Today's a good day. Back to Titanfall.

Loving the wall running and the more wall runs you stack holy crap you fly. Getting around the map is easy. Also love the shotgun and carbine. Can't snip for shit yet. Don't play as much shooters as I just to so I guess thats normal. Punching people out of titans or shotgunning people off mine feels great. Only 2 maps but game starts with 16 maps on launch. I wish the ai had a toggle for difficulty. They are derpy. But you do need to kill them too which isn't hard. Also down the road I hope they add more player slots. The maps feel fine with 6v6 but having extra options for more would be nice. I love chaos. 

Gun fights are quick or if your jumping around like your in the matrix they can last 10s. So I'm enjoying it so far...

THIS GAME. Explosions everywhere. Feels like a lot of other games rolled into one. The beta is pretty sweet!

Hit Level 14 (the max for beta) after a few hours. It's a fairly well polished game. If you like console shooters like Halo or COD you will like Titanfall. Unlockable weapons/attachments/etc, though only a few dozen.

Open beta today/ tomorrow for PC. Xbox 1 should be open now.

the parkour / vertical gameplay / insane speeds really set it apart from CoD

it really is very different when you can move fast because you can actually do something besides pop in and out of cover

I liked it, but for me it got a bit repetitive after a few rounds.  I'll probably pick it up during a sale.
