Does it fit well into left hand?

Well it can work in your left hand, but obviously the side buttons are made for right-hand use.

Do you get any endorsement/commission from Amazon or is this purely your preference?

Speaking of Razer, my Lachesis is on its last legs, doubleclicking or not clicking at all like crazy. I would love to buy a new one, but its EOL! Why would they do something like that? I like their products, i am even willing to buy it again, despite the fact it broke after 3 years of use, which would not happen with 3x cheaper mouse, but i cant, cause they are not selling it anymore? Stupid, stupid Razer.

Userreviews except on (and even then!) hardwareforums is something I would pay no heed to. Wireless you say, is it responsive?

If you got big hands, the Deathadder is for you. I got one and it's great though I haven't tested any other mouse in several years.

Thanks for advice, but i actually have smaller hands i believe - for a guy.

Anyway, DeathAdder is under serious consideration, i am sure i would like it, and Mamba even more - if only it wasnt so terribly expensive... but if possible, i would still like to get another Lachesis, as i kinda got used to its feel and button layout - i have simpy irrational love for it. 

Everything is my preference.

Of that I'm sure, but I'm concerned with fit into palm - shallow/full, titled/even, symmetric or not, etc. Not that I don't like symmetric mouse idea, but those I've tried weren't more comfortable (or at least on par) than some right-handed only designs.

I must admit, I almost give up on the idea to find decent mouse for lefty, as I gave up on idea finding many other tools for lefties, resulting in me being able to do things with both hands equally bad.

Funny, I'm left handed but my right is dominant.   I used it in my left-hand a bit and it seemed comfortable.

I can take some more detailed pictures which might help.

I'm liking it.  It took a couple of days to get used to it, which is the same whenever I switch to a different mouse.

IMHO switching to new mouse is a bit easier than switching to new keyboard. Reminds me of funny case at work, when we had a massive replacement of all old keyboards with newer ones. Newer were kinda cute, less noisy, more comfortable to type, but they were smaller, so we had massive misprint issues. And we work with precise values - construction industry, after all. At the middle of first day with new keyboards we looked like "grumpy cats eating a lemon" parade.
