Ditto ! im currently looking for a licence at my work that we can spare that would be awesome but so far ....no luck

Unfortunately it is only for the rich, not the average home user. Wish they would design a version for us poor!

on May 08, 2012

Amen to that!

I have to look a bit more into it, but I believe for the Creative Cloud that Photoshop CS6 is available stand-alone for $20 a month.  That could be a great way for people to get into it at a low price.

I'll have to see if my new found budget will allow it. Maybe I can squeeze a little bit. lol

The subscription may not be a good option if you use the apps in regular bases because in the end of the year,

the amount you paid would let you buy the software instead of "renting" it.

I have Photoshop CS5 Extended, so I have to pay the upgrade, not the full price, but still, it's 700 USD for a

software that is 999 USD at full price, really bad deal, Adobe is really greed on the software prices.

Absolutely... The fact that you're only 'renting' and not being credited towards purchase is kind of well... greedy. I was a bit disappointed that the de-blurring algorithm wasn't included (according to the ads and reviews). It might come out as an update, though.
