We have completed our annual customer report for last year.  Each year we send out a survey to our customer base asking them a host of questions so that we can better serve them.

In exchange, we share the results of these surveys along with a report on what went right and wrong the previous year along with plans for the forthcoming year.

We are pleased to present you the full report here:https://www.stardock.com/press/CustomerReports/Stardock2011.pdf

If some of the current programs like DX are not mentioned in the report what is the significance of it?

Thank you for the report. One can take several different views or opinions from it. One thing I think we can all take is that it's a very hard position for you as far as customization due to not knowing the direction of window8. I can see Stardock investing in apps and other things for iPhones, etc. I don't however see the PC going away. There are many more people that aren't able to spend two and three hundred dollars a month than there are for the required services needed in order to download, play games, talk, text and all the other things. I know in your survey for example the iPhone number was up for people wanting more from you. With that said that doesn't mean they are going to get rid of their PC. These are just some of my thoughts and I know there could be a million different ones. This I do know. If I did have something else I would never get rid of my PC as I do enjoy sitting at my desk and checking things out on the big screen so to speak.

I agree with Daiwa that it must have been a ramdom pick. It really wasn't a big deal.

Could be you people that didn't receive the survey are just to damn old and SD wanted us younger people.

Things that could prevent someone getting the survey:

  • Unsubscribed user
  • Spam filters on local machine
  • Spam filters on ISP
  • Database burp
  • Something else
