We are happy to announce that pre-order for Elemental: Fallen Enchantress are now being accepted.

A few things to note:

  • Soon, customers who are receiving FE for free or at the discounted rate will be able to upgrade to the retail box if desired.
  • Once the initial beta invite for early customers have been given out, we will start opening the beta in further stages over the coming weeks.
  • People who are eligible for the discounted price of Fallen Enchantress will also have the option to pre-order digital or boxed copies.
  • If you are unsure what upgrade eligibility (if any) you have, please check your status here - http://elementalgame.com/fallen-enchantress/purchase

We thank you for your support so far!

um...

Elemental - Fallen Enchantress Upgrade (Digital) [PO]

that sounds well strange.... what upgrade? po = pre-order?

(ye gods.. how do you paste as plain text? had to manually strip the stupid thing. hate fancy editors)

oddly... can't find no email... but managed to see it in my account? (oh.. and commodo is as usual complaining about unsigned file...)

This is probably a dumb question but for those of us getting FE for free do we get a hard copy for free or just the digital version? If I need to kick in a few bucks to have a hard copy mailed to me just say so. I was under the impression there wasn't going to be a boxed version of FE and it was digital only. Given the choice I'll always take it backed up on disk.

I am also interested in purchasing a collectors edition box as well So I can put it along side the Collectors edition of E:WOM that I purchased back in August of 2010

There's not going to be a collectors edition for FE, just a standard boxed version.

There will be a boxed and digital version available.  I don't have exact details, but there would be a nominal fee to upgrade to the boxed version.

OK, the ability to pre-order even though you will get FE for free will be available probably this week or so.

Just an update that you can now order the box upgrade, and purchase as a gift.

Check out your status at  http://elementalgame.com/fallen-enchantress/purchase. I was an early buyer not a pre-orderer of WoM and I now have beta access to Fallen Enchantress. Can't wait to try it!

on Feb 02, 2012

I was an early buyer (i think i even pre-ordered??) of WoM, yet it claims no such thing on that page. Just gives me the normal "pre-order now for 39.99 (or what the price was) and get in beta 2!".

Then again, the whole Gamestop buying Impulse thing messed up my accounts a bit it seems.
I can download Elemental and my copies of Sins + expansions & Galciv2 + expansions in the Gamestop Impulse client, but if i log in to the Stardock Store website, an expansion (Sins Diplomacy) is missing and Elemental is nowhere to be found either! Yet they appear in Impulse..

Furthermore, i still can not login to the overlay thing inside Elemental (the thing similar to the steam overlay), it keeps telling me i have no registered copy of Elemental. So obviously there was some shenannigans when Gamestop bought Impulse, and not all the game registrations properly transfered?

Any ideas, stardock devs?

My stardock store account is tied to the email baleurion@hotmail.com and my Impulse account as well (and my username Baleur), if that helps a quick trackdown.

Hey Frogboy Nice to see you're still around chating.

First of all I want to say I'm glad this is moving forward.
Still a bit scholded from my previous experience with you guys and not quite finishing E:WoM I think that I have by now forgiven you!
I'm glad you are listening to the fans and in active discussion with them and it seems that this time the project will go from start to finish!

I think I'll pre-order my copy (us poor sobs who ordered it to late don't get it for free ).
Just please don't screw us over again!

Although even if you do I am sure that you will inspire future game developers with your authentic and unique gameplay ideas and concepts.
Regardless of the previous games finish it was still a very brave and interesting step to take.

The best of luck with this project.

Sorry.  Don't mean to be champing at the bit; but I was wondering if there is currently any rough forecast, as to when the Pre-Orders may start being filled.  I am  NOT  trying to make anyone commit to a firm schedule.  I am just trying to get a rough idea.  Thanks!

What sort of stuff is in the box, besides the DVD?  A printed manual?  Anything else?

Hooray ! ... I managed to be away from home this past week-end, so I totally missed the Friday announcement that FE's Beta 2 is just about to be released to folks who had pre-ordered Fallen Enchantress (in recent weeks).  This is such great news !  Here it is Tuesday afternoon; and I just learned that by Thursday afternoon, (February 23) I will have access to the FE Beta 2.  Dynamite !!

May be slightly off topic here, but any chance WoM and/or FE will be available on Steam on or around release?
