Now this should make some folks who are looking at renewing very happy.

If I renew now will I be forgoing the 3 months I have on my current subscription or will I have 15 months ?

Is it possible for me to buy Object Desktop for my partner as a gift, and if so, how do I go about doing that? I'm guessing that she'll have to set up an account at Stardock first, right?

Thanks for the great sale! I renewed OD and was able to buy a bunch of master skins as well!

And all without any problems whatsoever!!! I don't know why so many people bitch about problems related to purchasing from Stardock - I've never had a problem yet - thanks Stardock!

Just a reminder the sales are still going.  Lots of good stuff, and remember you can gift these to friends and family too!

I thought that stacked meant that anew subscription would begin when my current subscription ended in February 2012 but this isn't the way it works. In my account it shows one subscription ending in Feb 2012 and my new one expiring in November 2012. I did write support and questioned this and here is the answer I got from Evan Kathawa.
.

"Hello,

Your subscription will expire on 11/27/12 because you renewed on 11/27/11, that's one year."

I'll take a look at teh account tomorrow and see what's up.  Evan may have misread something.  Subscriptions *should* stack but glitches in the matrix sometimes happen.

What you are seeing is database fluff.  Whatever is the latest date is the one that counts.  We're cool like that.

So you are good until this time next year.
