Finally! I only wish I knew how to do this before, having lost 2 decent applications to buggy updates. A request to the powers that be: Impulse could use a 'how to' menu. Thanks gmc2!

Luckily, my other PC still has an earlier version of DeskScapes installed: the one where you right-click on desktop>properties>DeskScapes>apply. I want to archive this version but it doesn't appear on Impulse, which instead offers DeskScapes 3 and says 'previous version installed' under 'status'. But right-clicking on it won't give an 'archive' option for this previous version, only 'download and archive' for DeskScapes 3. Any ideas on how to find and archive the previous version would be really appreciated.

Might want to add that Download and Archive is OS independent and Archive is not.

Backing Up Stardock Applications With Impulse

Great job on the tutorial. Everyone should archive their apps, so this will be very helpful.
