I'm curious whether some of the lore in the sample will be present in the game as well.
Kul-al-Kulan and his people are suggested to be capable of flight. Will there be a flight-capable faction in the release version?
Warlord Verga's people are said to be nomadic, not city-dwellers. A non-city-based faction would be awesome, although I imagine it would take some very creative balancing; is it another major change planned down the road?
I am also wondering if reading the book (Destiny's Embers)will give you any advantages in playing the game or the master quest? It's great marketing the book with the game, but other than giving depth to the EWoM world, will knowing for example that a certain quest/Item is found at a certain place, carried by a certain enemy, etc. in the book translate to an insight in the campaign?
I was hoping it would be in colour, but it looks very good anyway.
The images of the Sovereigns are really awesome, and the descriptions are okay, but they don't really match each other. The Oracle is said to have black hair and be constantly draped in a black cloak... That doesn't sound much like the white-haired, armor-clad warrior that is pictured... Also, Magnar doesn't look centuries old. Does the writing team not talk much with the art team? or am i missing something?
