It is time again for another contest on WinCustomize, and because of the great success of the Summer wallpaper contest we had last year, I thought some Spring wallpapers would really brighten up the galleries! As before the rules are simple. Create a wallpaper with your interpretation of Spring, whether it’s flowers, scenery, etc., and be sure to let us know about your inspiration in the description too.
As usual, this is about quality, not quantity, so we will have a two submission limit this time around for the contest. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Rules and Guidelines:
- Contest starts today, March 17 and will run until Monday, April 5th at 12pm EST.
- All submissions must have #Spring10 in the title description. Example: My Spring Wallpaper #spring10
- Previews must be at least 1024x768. Minimum wallpaper size is also 1024, and multiple resolutions are encouraged.
- Entries will be judged by the WinCustomize staff, and winners will be announced soon after contest ends depending on how many entries come in. Judging will be based on overall creativity, design, and interpretation of the spring theme.
- Employees of Stardock are not permitted to enter. We reserve the right to reject any entry.
- WinCustomize moderation is still in effect for this contest.
- Stock images can be used in the wallpaper, but not an entire image and permissions need to be obtained, or if they are free to use. New creations mean the entire wallpaper must be something newly created, not something made a year ago and then submitted today.

Prizes:
First place – Object Desktop 1 year sub/renewal, and a $25 gift certificate/coupon for the Impulse Store.
Runner-up – 1 copy of ObjectDock 2.0
