I have said this several times before, but it’s always worth saying again that I really enjoy seeing the community of talented skinners come together and create a suite which everyone can enjoy.  Brought together once again by Philly0381 with the lead WindowBlinds skin coming from Vampothika.  There is a ton of other skins from k10w3, NetaholicsAnonymous, theAVMAN, RedneckDude, Ausvet, amitsaran, Frankief, G3mpi3, Lantec, and I hope I missed no one. 

The skin is pulled together into a Theme Manager suite which can be downloaded from here.
