Waiting for Windows Live Writer 2010

For anyone who blogs or writes news on pretty much any of our sites, I can tell you Windows Live Writer is the preferred tool of choice. It’s one of the best applications from Microsoft, and the best part is it is free. The other cool thing is anybody who wants to post a blog on one of our enabled sites (Impulse, JoeUser, etc.) can do so easily with Live Writer.

Windows Live Writer 2010 is due supposedly in the next few months, and I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival. Digital Inspiration has a couple of new screenshots up, plus some new information about the update.

Yep, the Ribbon is included which is fine with me as I like it. It’s also said that it will have HTML styles so templates can be saved for text that is entered often. Lets get this out!

Looks good, I used LiveWriter before but ended up changing to Zoundry Raven because it was portable. If the 2010 update is better than the current LiveWriter I will definitely install it on my computer at home.
