DeskScapes 3.1 is currently in beta for Object Desktop subscribers, and should be released in the very near future.  One of the main new features is the support for multi-monitor setups.  There have been tons of forum posts asking how to have different wallpapers on different monitors as this is something not supported in Windows by default.

DeskScapes 3.1 is now giving you that ability.  Remember, this will also work for static wallpapers, not just animated wallpapers.

I'm currently trying the beta and one thing that I hoped for that isn't there is the following: I have two monitors and if I have a wallpaper that is the right size to display across both monitors at once it displays properly in Windows. It doesn't display properly if I use that same wallpaper as a custom background in the dynamic dream "Winter Snow". "Winter Snow" is compressing the wallpaper each monitor has a "squeezed" copy of the image rather than having the single image spread across both monitors. I don't know whether the issue is with Deskscapes proper or with the "Winter Snow" dream.

Winter snow isn't fully aware of aspect ratios.  You may want to select the jpg instead and then set the snow effect on it as then you can use the various aspect mode settings.

That's what I'm doing now. I just wish it would span monitors. I suspected it was the dream causing the issue. It's in the category of "it would be nice" if it could "understand" that the wallpaper is large enough to span monitors. Thanks for you work on "Winter Snow". I love using the dream in winter.

How do you get those four previews next to the main preview please.

The monitor previews only show if you have multiple monitors on your PC and you are using Vista or Windows 7.

it only works on 2 of my 4 monitors, and tells me i need to install direct X or something.  but i can use 1 on all 4 at the same time with no problems
