Couldn't you post a higher resolution scan?

I might have to get this issue just to look at the picture better!

It was a good mag. You also get a Mini Campaign for Dragon Age too!

They had a pie chart of what your going to be playing in 2010. in 21% Strategy it stated Starcraft 2, SupCom 2, and Elemental.

In its Top 100 games GalCiv 2 was 74. Top 5 were Rome Total War #5, Half Life #4, Team Fortress 2 #3, Half Life 2 #2, and Deus Ex #1! Sins didnt make the list sadly.

They also did some small interviews with developers and Brad was in there too!

My scanner isn't working, so I took it with my iPhone.

Looks pretty decent.   Although i hope the formations don´t stay that way (to loose and weird shapes) and become more like in the Total War series. But i guess it´s very early anyway.

Someone should do it, because I refuse to buy gaming mags.

What were the others in the top ten?

on Jan 07, 2010

It's only the first week of 2010. How can a mag offer its 2010 Top 10 list before December 2010? And how can a pre-release game get on any sort of Top 10 other than one clearly labeled with words like "under development?"

It's the top ten games that the PC Gamer staff members are looking forward to in 2010, not the official 'Best of 2010' list

Beg pardon, apparently I'm 'old' enough to think a headline would include a key parameter like that...

Isn't this the same industry that gives out awards to games that aren't even finished yet? Still, looking forward to Elemental myself, a little bit of press is good. I was looking at titles coming up that i might be interested in on PC, sadly, not that many aside from two MMOS that are sure to disappoint.

Excellent!  Glad to see the folks at PC Gamer are looking forward to Elemental as much as the rest of us.

I take it you're looking forward to -- yet simultaneously dreading -- Star Trek Online then?  (If so, join the club....)

Not that you would mind it being "the official 'Best of 2010' list".
