Only in the Obama White House will you find a Christmas ornament of Chairman Mao, yes…….Chairman Mao.

I’m sure Obama didn’t personally decorate the tree, but what is disturbing that the White House has affiliations with so-called community groups that would do this.  I mean really, who in their right mind would put Chairman Mao on a Christmas Ornament?  Only left-wing radicals and commies would.

so you're ok with legislative or judicial tyranny? Because that's what you're endorsing. Not one of these states you mentioned were they able to vote on this issue. But the states that did put it to the vote (Maine & CA) voted it down.

The problem KFC, is that, for examplein connecticutt, the supreme court is designated with upholding the state constitution - which is the supreme law of the land. As such, they followed the constitution of the state. i.e. They did their job. Now, of course you can disagree, but by doing so you go against what is supposed to be the supreme law of the land in Conn.

That said, if we cannot stand by what our constitution (in general) says - how can we govern? A court is designated with making a decision, but there is no respect for to the ruling. The result is some biased group says, "Oh, well they are being judicial activists!"...and they find some excuse to override the judicial authority. They may claim a high ground with it being a "voter's movement," but the blatant fact is...they're not respecting the courst, which by law, are there to balance the powers and interperate law.

If that's the case...then why have courts, right?

Personally, I would rather have them.

He does not know what he is talking about. Judicial tyranny as most people know is when anyone (usually liberals) use the courts to make law. IN the cases cited by the child, the groups were using the courts to challenge a previous judicial ruling - in other words to stop judicial tyranny.
