Deskscapes 3 Effects Feature

One of the coolest new features in DeskScapes 3 is the ability to add effects to .dreams. This brings a bunch of new options for the customization of animated wallpapers. There are a wide variety of effects included such as Snow, Motion Blur, and many more.
