I often get e-mails from users looking for tutorials and guides on how to do a variety of things from skinning their entire PC to just wanting to know how to change backgrounds in ObjectDock.  The WinCustomize Wiki is a great source of information for anything relating to skins and themes for your PC.

The best part is it’s open to the community.  As a typical wiki goes, it’s open for users to add and create their own guides and tutorials.  If you have anything that you think would be helpful, please feel free to add it.  There’s even a help page on the site to get you started.
