I'm sure most of you have read about WinCustomize subscriptions, or maybe seen some really cool master skins, or any number of great products from our online store.  I wanted to remind everyone that all these things make great gifts, and it's perfect for someone who lives far away from you or a last minute gift that needs to be delivered almost instantly.

We have made it easy to purchase anything such as a WinCustomize subscription, or Object Desktop suite, PC games, and send it as a gift to someone.  During the checkout process at the Impulse Store, you will have an option to purchase as a gift.

Checkout page

On the next page you will be able to enter the recipient information.  Just make sure you have the correct e-mail address for the person you are purchasing for.

Recipient information

After that you will just need to enter your payment information, review your order, and the person you purchased for will receive an e-mail with their registration information and instructions.  The person who receives the gift will not see any of your payment information, just the name of the purchaser.

So take a browse through the store and find that perfect gift!

I must admit those skins are AWESOME!

I downloaded the ObjectDock (the DEMO out of Impulse) as well as the Sins masterskin on my laptop and LOVE THEM!!!! Planning to do the same on my desktop (once it comes back from repair) +_+.

Has any more thought gone into making the e-mail to be sent either delayable or to be sent to the purchaser's account (to be sent later)?  Right now, the e-mail is sent instantly, which can be a problem.

Gift purchasing has actually been around for quite a while, but it tends to get overlooked or confuse people. Thus the guide .

Exactly.  Or to suprise someone.  Or to take advantage of a sale now.

Used it many times +_+ and as long as you keep the good games coming (PLEASE MORE RPG's and Strategy games...or something which involves tactics like the Jagged Alliance) I'll be coming for more! I don't like the fact that I get my cd-keys by e-mail instead of directly unlocked on my impulse account! But what the hell Service is AWESOME as usual

It has been known to have been 'broken' from time to time....though I've used it several times now without dramas, most recently Saturday last...
