An update to WindowBlinds is available today bringing it to version 6.4.110.  WindowBlinds is an application that allows you to completely change the look and feel of Windows XP and Vista by applying visual styles, also known as skins, that change the Graphical User Interface of Windows.  Thousands of skins are available for download on WinCustomize.com, and WindowBlinds is safe to use as it does not alter or patch any system files.

This update brings:

  • Updates for Safari, Skype 4, and IE8 tweaks.
  • Bug fixes

Current users can download this update via Impulse.  WindowBlinds is available stand-alone, or as part of the Object Desktop suite of desktop enhancements.  A free trial is available and the full version is only $19.95.

For your free download, and more information about WindowBlinds, visit www.windowblinds.net.

Took it... but, i'm still having a weird issue with IconPackager - so you may know what the solution is;

- Every DesktopX applications are in English as i paid for & wanted them.

- The latest update i made for IconPackager screwed up the UI with % tags all over the place and, some French localization stuff for most but not all "Strings".

Bad files? Or incorrect detection of my dual-boot Vista?

PS; Oh, btw... could you also go talk to Melissa and tell her SD owes me 5$ since i have yet to receive the CDs (of both ObjectDesktopX & AVGIS8) over two weeks after my orders were confirmed via the usual eMail notification?

Plymouth_Michigan to Laval_Quebec, it's not THAT far!

Border patrol, goods & services, Free Trade, passports, Niagara Falls, Toronto postal workers on Strike - America?

Where exactly is the update? I've been all over both the Impulse site and Stardocks site and can't find anything. I've tried Firefox and IE8, neither browser can find the updates.

You need to have downloaded impulse itself.

Just received the exact answers i wanted from Melissa and a ticket was issued for the IconPackager weird "languages" mix-up... so i'll be waiting for a support followup -- as it should.

Thanks.

THanks for this update. I was going mad with how Safari 4 was messed up when using a window blinds skin. Now its pretty again.

Its a shame that you have to purchase the software all over again to get the update

Do you have to buy the update? I can't seem to find it otherwise, but I love my Windowblinds I bought last year!

If you are registered in Impulse it will detect the update and upgrade.
