IconDeveloper is an application that lets you create your own Windows icons.  IconDeveloper creates these icons from images imported from your favorite graphics editor, and can quickly create icons of various sizes for Windows XP and Vista. 

IconDeveloper not only creates new icons, but it can also edit existing icons with features such as recoloring, batch conversions, add new sizes, and more.  It also integrates into the Windows shell giving you the ability to create an icon from an image by accessing IconDeveloper through the right-click menu.

This update includes:

• Added ability to change background of preview (so you can preview how it might look on wallpapers).
• Added ability to use custom sizes for icons
• Sundry bugs fixes
