Not too many developments this week.  They did get the foundation frame and basic plumbing work in, so I suspect the foundation will be poured sometime in the next couple of days.  Still going through the mortgage process.  We had found some fraudulent things on our credit reports so we are now in the process of getting them removed. 

One thing is that is concerning me is we now have less than two months left on or lease, and we have to give at least 30 days notice of our intentions.  Still not 100% sure what to do, but I’m definitely not signing another lease.  I will most likely have to see if we can do a month-to-month situation, but we will see.

I also got the early estimate for the closing costs, which will be about $8000.  I’m still going to try and talk them down on that, because that is going to be the biggest hurdle financially for us.  So lets see what happens this week and hopefully the foundation will get poured.
