I'm surprised that WBEZ actually released this and didn't box it up like LA Times has with their info.

Government never does.  Yet some continue to believe in fairy tales.

My ancestors did have any slaves, but I'm sure some were slaves hundreds or thousands of years ago. Where is my mule and forty acres? I believe any former slave that presents a copy of his or her bill of sale should get his land and pack animal immediately.
