Whether you use icons on ObjectDock or on the desktop, WinCustomize has plenty to choose from.  Some of my favorite types of icons are ones that are designed as replacements for application icons.  Some applications don't have very appealing icons, and I'm always happy to see an icon creator give their own version of the icon.
