Gloom and doom crowd is at it again
In the past several weeks the situation in Iraq has improved quite a bit as the surge has for the most part worked. Violence is down, government is coming together, Iraq security forces are taking over more, etc. So in other words, this is bad news for the democrats and the media who have done nothing but try and paint the worst picture about Iraq since day one. We have seen the media go as far as publishing unverified stories of bombings that were later found out to be terrorists propaganda just to make the situation look as bad as possible.
So now that Iraq is improving the democrats and their allies in the media are now focusing on the economy. In the same manner they handled Iraq, they are now doing to the economy. Media outlets are touting polls that show Americans, and by Americans they mean 800 people, believe the economy is in recession, but they don't point out that they have oversampled democrats by over 10 points in some cases.
The talk of recession has started in the media, and nobody should have any doubts this is only to help democrats in their quest for the White House. Unemployment is very low, jobs are being created above expectations, payrolls are rising, but you will never hear any of this coming from democrats or the media. Remember any bad news, or the perception of bad news, is what drives democrats. It really seems they won't be happy until everyone in America is broke so they can deliver their brand of socialism to the masses.
