A useful, but not well known tool

One of the features of Windows Vista that does not get enough attention is the parental controls.  Being a parent myself, I decided to take a look at this feature, put it to the test, and report what I found.

I was a little surprised at the results, and anyone who is looking for some type of control over what their children do on the PC and internet should take interest in this.

Personally, I don't think children should even be allowed on the internet unsupervised.

I'd like to know if this is a substantive improvement over XP's parental controls and in what ways does Vista improve (or not) this feature.

Even though there are parental controls there is always that kid that is out there who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, this may slow them down but it will take something stronger than a couple time limits and blocking.
