Christmas Holidays Competition at Skinbase.org

Skinbase.org is having a Christmas Holiday Competition which is being sponsored by Stardock. The contest will run from November 27th through December 23rd.

Some of the prizes include a subscription to Object Desktop, a copy of Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords, and more! More information about the contest and prizes can be found at the competition announcement page over at Skinbase.org.

Is Skinbase really slow for everyone? I found it incredibly slow, and laden with popups.

Felt like walking into a casino in Vegas, with all the lights and racket! I even logged in and it was still there. Worth it, to visit the site, though I wouldn't frequent it as much. Bling-tolerance very low.

It's actually much better recently than it used to be.
It used to be King of pop-ups....pop-unders....pop-overs....banners......etc.
Thing is ...there are quite a few really good skinners there who no longer frequent here.
