I knew it wouldn't take long for this.

UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan urged the UN Security Council on Friday to take a stand on Israel's violent standoff with Hamas, as diplomats continued to grapple with a draft resolution proposed by Qatar.

Here is the best part.

The council has been stymied because several council members rejected a draft that would have condemned Israel's offensive. They said it was unfairly critical of the Israelis and did not mention Palestinian abuses.

How typical of the U.N. Where is the resolution for the palestinians to release the hostage, and stop firing missiles in Israel? It's no wonder the left in this country love and praise the U.N. so much, they are almost identical in their thinking.

The U.N. and other anti-Israel nations believe everything is Israels fault. Never do they want to talk about the destruction palestinians have caused. It's all blame Israel.

The left in this country believe terrorism started because of Bush. Never do they talk about the first WTC attacks, or the many years of attacks and threats by islamists. It's all blame Bush.

The U.N. is a worthless organization. I have a solution to help our economy.

Stop funding the U.N.

The U.N. and other anti-Israel nations believe everything is Israels fault.

Sounds to me from your own quote that the UN was trying to be kind to the Israelis. "Unfairly critical of the Israelis" was a dead giveaway.

So in what way is the UN a voice for the Hate-Israel movement?

The U.N. is doing what it can to stop Israel and nothing about what the palenstinians are doing, and have done.
