Ubisoft officially announced Far Cry 4 with a November release date.  This  time it’s set in the Himalayas, and  although I’m not sure what to think about the cover image, I enjoyed FC3 so I’m looking forward to this.  It will be available on PC and consoles.

“Taking a sharp turn away from the lush island jungles of the top-rated Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4 is set in Kyrat, an untamed region currently ruled by a despotic self-appointed king. But don’t be lulled into a false sense of security by the achingly beautiful views; Kyrat is a wild land full of perils. Once again, players will be able to craft their own stories as they travel through this exotic open world teeming with wildlife – using their wits along with an assortment of powerful weapons and diverse vehicles.”

When you wield a semiautomatic gun and a rocket-propelled grenade launcher, you have nothing to fear by wearing pink.

is it really any good?

I have Far Cry 3 and I mus say it is one of the best First Person Shooters i have had since Half Life. The Blood Dragon DLC is just awesome as well.

I enjoyed Far Cry 3, and Far Cry 4 looks real good.  I'm just not sure my system is going to handle it very well, and I don't want to play it on low settings.

Far Cry 3 was nothing special, and the story was really lame (resembling something a marketing department cobbled together while high on cocaine). Fourth sequel thus does not interest me.

I'm gonna play it when I get it cheap. Probably won't get it until it comes on Humble Bundle or a Steamsale where I need to buy things for the cards.

I'll give €2.50 for it.
