Im sorry, but I disagree with you, in this place you dont get where you are by kiss assing someone, its by nothing but sheer hard work, serving the community, helping others who need it, being respectful and earning your place, I am still doing it, and I am currently watching neone6 do the same.  For a citizen who has stormed to the front page in under 30 days with his new wb Cybergoth, is a true feat in itself, and he dosent kiss anyones ass.  Neone6 has become an asset to this community, he helps where he can and offers fresh and exciting cursors and windowblinds. He is another out of the box skinner, and boy do we need those! And as for the flaws you mentioned in his skin, every out of the box design is going to have a few glitches here and there, its not easy to make frames that awsome and not have them roll up into a perfect neat little square, this just isnt possible. As for the animation, alot of time and effort is put into animations, I guess people dont realize this.

If you walked the journey from citizen to master, you would have an entirely different opinion about things.... but you are entitled to your opinion. Not everybody likes Spencers picks, but either way, every week I think he does one heck of a job choosing from thousands of submissions.

Mellissa, that really should have been a private message to Island Dog rather than a public post for all to see because you say your issue is not with the skins themselves or the skinners as you stated in your post; it is with ID's selection of these skins over other contenders for the week. Constructive comments are one thing, but the way you worded most of your post is not only rude to the skinners, but downright inflammatory. Topped off by the fact you weren't even brave enough to post on your own account and rather made a sock puppet account just to do so.   

I like the way things are here. I think WC does a great job of picking Features.Not everyone can be featured, so there is that sense of competition that pushes you to make your creation stand out from the crowd. I remember it took me a few tries, but that just inspired me to do better. But now, I have been Featured, not once, but twice !! So I feel that I "earned my wings" not because I was a "nooby" or any other reason other than I was inspired to excell !!     --Ace---
