Regardless of what type of PC you own or favor, nobody can deny Steve Jobs had a monumental impact on technology and tech culture.  Mr. Jobs made Apple what it is today, and we send our condolences for his passing.

He is going to be missed by all.  It feels like I grew up with him and the computer industry.  We were the same age.

Sad news - what a legacy and an impact though.  I'm not a huge apple fan boy, but he'll go down in the history books with bill gates and even Henry Ford.  I'm glad he had the wherewithal to step down when he did and hope his last days had some quality of life to them - sadly, I doubt that was the case (pancreatic cancer), but I'm sure he had family and friends close to him when his time came.
