Can anyone say if this update fixes the maxbordercut issue on XP?  TIA

Roloccolor: You can use it but if your subscription has expired you won't be able to update the software. Sometimes it's better to compromise on the celebrations for updated software.

Sometimes?

I keep getting a "File downloaded is smaller than expected" error? (updating from 7.19[rc])  Gets to about 5MB then gives the error message.  Should I reinstall? (and would my skins be safe if I do?)

Put your skins in a different folder and rename it. Like a backup. Then  uninstall, re-install and your skins are ready and waiting to get back to work. Just save them to a different folder and put them back after your Windowblinds is up and running.
