WindowBlinds can and does use skins designed for Vista on Windows 7. The few things that aren't specifically skinned are things like the task preview pane, jumplists and a few other bits - although they are still catered for by WB, using existing setting for colours or existing skin elements. So in terms of the difference between a Vista and a Win7 skin, it's minor.

OldMsgt will testify, it runs absolutely fine on Windows 7 (and so do I as I'm using it right now!) This skin was made prior to Win7 release, hence no W7 specific update. Just download it and try it - it's free! (...and took a LONG time to make!)

Also worth noting, there are Four different animals textures - Giraffe, Tiger, Cheetah and Zebra!

Yes, I have. And it runs fine. I was going on the fact that there was no Win 7 substyle. I didn't mean to imply that it didn't work well on 7. Just that there was no 7 substyle.

As my above post shows, I apologized for the thumbs down. I could remove it, but since we can still read edits, I see no point.

I think it's possible that new visitors to the site might think that skins for xp/vista may just not work at all on Win 7. They are always worth trying (and some quite honestly look a bit poor!) but most look fine.

It works great on Win 7 64. I especially love the Giraffe skin.

Beautiful job and I really love this skin.  Thanks to everyone who worked on it - especially Essorant.  I run Windows 7 32 bit and it works just fine.  There's not that much difference between Vista and Win 7 so give it a try.  Thanks to Tim (Essorant) for the beautiful Savannah wallpaper too.
