Yup - and Rosco poked me about it

All is semi-ok again. Had to use a another PC, to get around the WC user-level bug.
But I have the skin now, and it's looking gooooood!

Large XP Control Panel image needs fixed. Image BG is white, needs to be dark to match the background.
Other than that, nice simple skin.

It should work on Win7, though there may be some missing pieces here and there.
