You have to extract the .wba from the zip file with all the items \ skins in it.

Then... click the .wba

Wow I feel so stupid I saw the wb file but I was looking for .wba

Thanks man, installed Light Mark again cause I love orange. I just wish I could find a cool Vista icon set. I can't stop using Plastic Fantastic so I can only use a WB that works well with that set. I still feel bad about criticizing since I can't even re-color anything, let alone trying to make a WB skin. Well at least I'll have it when the icons I am waiting for get made by someone with talent
