Look out!  The Obamessiah once again unscripted and without a teleprompter almost said Clarence Thomas didn't have enough experience for the Supreme Court.  Oh, that would have been great.  The junior Senator with barely any experience dared to call someone out on their lack of experience?  He almost said it.

Almost said it!

But aside from that I've never heard the term "legal thinker". Is that that the opposite of an "illegal thinker"?

No, newspeak - you can only think what big brother wants you to think.

What does that have to do with the video?  They didn't make it up.  You people and your obsession with Fox News is hilarious.

Right.....

Bush did not pass the national ID law.  Bush did not criminalize lack of Health Insurance.  Bush did not pass the sealt belt law.  Bush has not really done much of what you accuse him of.  But nanny laws have.  Nanny laws make it impossible for you to enjoy your rights and freedoms, and people still clamor for them "because they are well intended".

Next time you scream "There outta be a law" remember that law is infringing on your freedom, and it will not be Bush that is passing it.  The second greatest abrogation of our basic fundamental rights was done between 1933 and 1941 and by a democrat that is still praised and worshipped today.

Also note who demanded and voted over whelmingly for the "Homeland Security Department".

"So this is how liberty dies. With Thunderous Applause" was not directed at any thing Bush did, but with the "good intentions" that is too often found in DC.

"ALMOST"

That's really stretching for criticism there, guys.  Your desperation to find Obama gotchas really is quite laughable.  If you're going to criticize Obama, and by all means, do so if you feel the need, at least find something substantial to bring up.  Don't feel the need to blindly follow Hannity's lead in getting a raging erection at the slightest hint of an Obama "gaffe."

Also, if you've never heard the term legal thinker, you're obviously not particularly well-read and should probably pick up something other than Culture Warrior, ad hominem attack notwithstanding.

Also, if you've never heard the term legal thinker

Then you wouldn't mind referencing a few books in which the term "legal thinker" is prominently used now would you? Since you know me so well Mr. Elitist, you know that I'm just clinging to religion and guns right? In fact I'll put my GPA against yours any day of the week (here's a hint, it begins with 4). Then maybe you can explain why you and the elitist left think you have a monopoly on intelligence in this country? Is it because everyone that doesn't want to drift toward socialism, doesn't want to tax and spend, and doesn't want a weak government that wants give concessions to unfriendly nations gets under your skin, or do you just hate differing opinions from your own?

Oh and see Obama's "house" ad for a gotcha moment, since you seem to be doing the gotcha police thing.

It's not a "gotcha" so much as the pot calling the kettle black.  Obama can run experience or no, and he can make an argument why that doesn't matter (I think it does, but that's a point of legitimate debate) but the moment he attacks someone else for not having enough experience, then that is an issue, and one that he himself started.

(here's a hint, it begins with 4).

When I was in school (and dinosaurs roamed the earth - yadda, yadda, yadda), 4 was the top. 4.0, not 4 point something.
